Opportunity Quilts

Each year’s Opportunity Quilt is on display throughout the year, at our general meetings and at any events our guild participates in. Tickets are available at the monthly meetings and whenever the quilt is displayed elsewhere. Drawing is from all purchased tickets, and takes place during the December guild meeting.

Our Community

2023

A stunning quilt, Foundation Paper Pieced by guild member Genie White. Quilted by guild member Theresa Morales. This quilt was a second place winner in the 2022 Quilts By The River show, and was sold during the show.

Butterfly Garden

2022

This quilt looks like a butterfly garden! It’s a combination of piecing and applique, with beautiful quilting details. Rich reds, purples and greens, with green ivy border. We have no record of who originally made the top. It was purchased by one of our members at a guild treasure sale, later donated to the guild, and quilted by another member.
